Pages are rendered at 150 DPI, which is crisp on screen and fine for most printing. There is no DPI setting for DOC to WebP. For 72 or 300 DPI, convert the DOC to PDF first, then use the PDF to WebP converter, which has a Resolution setting.

No. There is no page setting for DOC files, so every page is rendered as its own WebP and you keep the ones you need. If you only want the first page, convert the DOC to PDF and then use the PDF to WebP converter, whose Pages menu offers First page only.

Several files in one job need a paid plan. Free use is one file per conversion, one conversion an hour. On a paid plan you can add several files to one job, then download each result on its own or all of them in one ZIP.
Yes. Uploaded DOC files are processed on our own conversion servers, no person reviews them, and they are never shared. The upload and the converted WebP are both deleted automatically about 24 hours after the conversion, which leaves time to download the result. See /privacy/ for the full policy.
