192 kbps is the default and sounds transparent to most listeners on most material. Choose 320 kbps for the highest quality the format offers, or 128 kbps for speech and podcasts, where it is plenty and makes a much smaller file. Going above the source bitrate never adds quality.
If the source carries several tracks (alternate languages, commentary), one is extracted: normally the main one, the track with the most channels. There is no setting to choose a different track, and most audio targets hold a single track anyway.
Several files in one job need a paid plan. Free use is one file per conversion, one conversion an hour. On a paid plan you can add several files to one job, then download each result on its own or all of them in one ZIP.

Yes. Uploaded AV1 files are processed on our own conversion servers, no person reviews them, and they are never shared. The upload and the converted AUDIO are both deleted automatically about 24 hours after the conversion, which leaves time to download the result. See /privacy/ for the full policy.
