How do I extract frames from a WMV video as TIFF images?

Upload the WMV and open the options. Frame Extraction has two modes: Single Frame saves one TIFF from the second you enter (for example 1, 5 or 10.5), and All Frames saves every frame of the video as a TIFF image. There is no every-Nth-frame or one-per-second mode.
Same resolution as the WMV video — a 1080p source produces 1920×1080 TIFF frames; a 4K source produces 3840×2160 TIFF frames. Resize after extraction if you need smaller thumbnails.
Yes, with All Frames in the Frame Extraction option, but watch the count: one minute of 30 fps video gives 1,800 TIFF images. For a single still, choose Single Frame and enter the second you want instead.

HDR footage is not tone-mapped: each frame is converted from the WMV as it is decoded, so a frame from an HDR WMV can look flat or washed out as a TIFF. Standard (SDR) video keeps its colours.

One at a time. Single Frame takes one time in seconds (for example 83 for 1:23) and saves that frame as a TIFF. There is no field for a list of times, so run the conversion again for each extra timestamp.
Is my WMV video private during frame extraction?
